Once all the booking details have been agreed, such as drop off times we will send you a Booking Confirmation listing all the details of the hire. This will include our BACS details for your deposit payment. Once your deposit payment has been made we will email you to confirm the booking.

We have set times depending on the package option you select. If you need us to drop off or collect at a different time please let us know and we'll work with you to accomodate this for you.

Yes. Our policy covers us for any love letter hire bookings. As part of our insurance requirements all of our equipment is PAT tested (Portable Applicance Tested) to ensure we are only using safe electrcial equipment. A copy of our insurance and PAT certificates can be supplied to venues upon request.

We offer mobile discos / DJ hire as well as Photobooth hire. We have been mobile/wedding DJs for over 20 years. Bookings that contain two or more of our services will recieve a discount upon booking.

For example, if you book the love letters for evening hire and book an evening disco, you will get 25% off the cost of your letter hire.
